Dooley's of Macclesfield operate under the laws of the United Kingdom. All prices quoted include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current rate of 17.5%. If you live  outside the EU (European Union), divide the price by 1.175 to give you the export price.

Placing an Order

There are several ways in which to place an order with us:

1.  Email
Send us an Email with your order. We will then contact you by telephone to take details of your  preferred method of payment. Do not send your credit card details with your Email

2.  Telephone/Fax 
Telephone us on 44 (0)1625 264666 and place an order over the telephone, alternatively fax us your order on 44 (0)1625 264664. We will then contact you by telephone to take details of your  preferred method of payment.

Confirmation and Cooling Off period

You will receive confirmation of your order by email normally within 24 hours, informing you when your order will be shipped. We automatically give you a 7 day cooling off period, durring which time you can cancel your order before we ship it.

Accepted forms of payment

Within the UK

We accept the following forms of payments from customers in the UK Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Visa Delta, Eurocard, Switch, Solo or personal cheque. Please allow 7-10 days for your cheque to clear before we dispatch your order, this is in addition to the 7 day cooling off period.

Overseas Customers

For our overseas customers we  accept  EMT's ( electronic money transfers) or  alternatively  payments made by American Express. Should you wish to pay by direct money transfer (EMT) please  contact us for our Bank details. We reserve the right to carry out any additional security checks and with-hold your order if we are unhappy with the method of payment. You will be informed if this becomes necessary.

 All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. 

The standard delivery charge of £25.00 covers parcels up to 5kg delivered to the United Kingdom.  The expected delivery time is 3-5 days, and the courier used is Parcel Force or UPS. For items above this weight, you will be informed of the shipping costs prior to us accepting your order.

Please contact us if the shipping address is outside of Mainland United Kingdom. We charge at  cost (either weight or volume dependant). PLEASE NOTE: you may be charged import duty by your Customs. Goods dispatched outside the European Union will be charged ex-VAT. All goods sent to addresses within the EU will be liable to VAT. 

Orders outside of the UK will normally be dispatched within 14 - 28 days from confirmation of your order - this is to allow sufficient time for any additional security checks that may be require. Please see Forms of Payment for more information.

Insurance is required on all items valued at more than £100 and is compulsory on all overseas orders.

Returns will onl be accepted after you have contacted us by telephone or email stating why you wish to return the product you have purchased. Sorry but we do not cover the cost of return shipment  or insurance (unless the item has been incorrectly supplied). We recommend that you return items by Parcel Force -(UK only) or by UPS - (overseas only).
